Good Songs For Friends
I only have one good musical trick, which is to listen to The World At Large immediately followed by Float On (both by Modest Mouse). I desperately need more pairs of songs that are particularly good when you play one after the other! Please comment with your ideas.

My favorite is the first two songs on the Doves album The Last Broadcast.
Also good are the last two songs on Gorillaz - Demon Days.
I've thought about turning combining those into one song so my ipod always plays them together. Someday.
